You are awesome.

Well, Dixie, this is it. I'm taking a big step into becoming a better artist . I wrote a journal entry if you want to take a quick read at it. Pretty much summed up what I'm going through in there.

I tried out the WiiU Art Academy. Its a good, only just getting started with it, but its good none the less. Despite drawing tomatoes and apples so far, I felt its a good way to start.
Just read your journal entry, and I understand how you feel. As I mentioned previously, I've also been wanting to improve on my art skills and try to get my own site going. It's not always easy to start over, but sometimes it's for the better.

I hope everything works out for you, and I look forward to seeing your new work.
Hey, Dixie?
What type of program are you using for your artwork? I'm trying to get an idea and do some research to improve myself.
The only programs I currently use are Comic Life and GIMP, and any digital techniques I use them for are very minimum since I do most of my work by hand.
A combination between traditional art and digital sounds really cool.

You know, I've been thinking about it, and I decided to start all over with my knowledge or art. Most of my current work are still in development and I haven't made any progress with them since it takes a long time for me to get a single picture completed, let alone a few hours just to draw the lineart.

I'm going to start using the WiiU version of Art Academy. I saw a plenty of poistive reviews and it looks like its a good start.
I'm not the best with computers and could never get into digital art. I know I should probably try to learn a little about it, but I just prefer the traditional method. Art Academy on Wii U does look pretty cool for learning digital art, though.

I too have been wanting to start over and improve my work, and thinking about finding another site to post my art, or better yet, make my own personal site. People always ask if I have my own site, so it's certainly something I should look into.
